This week in Year One

This week in Maths we have been looking at counting in 5’s and 10’s, finding patterns on the 100 square grid and single/ 2 digit and 3 digit numbers. In English we have been looking at the story ‘The Kings pants’ we had to design some new pants for the kings coronation day and write adjectives to describe them. In History we have been learning about what a coronation is and what happens and also some interesting facts about King Charles III. We celebrated the coronation with the community and sang ‘God save the king’. In R.E we looked at the Story of Zacceaus and how he changed for the better and became a good person. In PSHE we are learning about ‘Money Matters and how to save money.
